Officer Kenyon stated on the complainant Ms Baker came into the station crying, she was able to persuade the officer into filing a Misdemeanor charge against me without proper investigation protocol. They did this while I was at work. FOIA video was requested of the desk video camera to see if Ms Baker actually went in to file a complaint of which they would not provide. Officer Kenyon mailed me the charging document which was only a police report but never came to my house to investigate. This was a one sided investigation and so officer showed bias towards the female. The female has an arrest record and is a known drug user. Officer Kenyon took it upon himself to use his authority and city resources to file an erroneous charge on me for Ms Baker. Officer Kenyon lied on the police report to effect an unlawful Misdemeanor charge. The complaint statement by Ms Baker is vague and does not meet any of the elements of harassment in the Michigan Statute.
